Charity Shoppe : Ordering Procedure
The e-mail Ordering Procedure :-

  1.   Before ordering figures please check out all the quirky things about them (like scale & bases & pricing structure) here.

  2.   Send us an e-mail telling us what you would like to order and where you would like it shipped to. Send your e-mail here.

   3.  We will then confirm receipt of your order by e-mail and indicate a likely shipping date. When your order is ready to ship we will send you a formal paypal request for payment in sterling, itemising the goods and the handling charge.

   4.   If you are still happy to go ahead with your order at this stage you simply authorise the formal paypal request and when your payment has cleared in our paypal account we will ship your goods and send you confirmation that we have done so.

Handling Charges : There are flat rate handling charges on all orders to cover the cost of things such as packaging and standard rate shipping. These charges are as follows :-

   #   £1 on all orders for shipping within the UK using Royal Mail’s first class postage.

   #   £2 on all orders for shipping overseas using Royal Mail’s normal small package airmail service.
